Bookings & Cancellations
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Konanggo Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Services (KACHS) aims to provide clear and fair booking and cancellation arrangements. The following terms apply unless otherwise discussed and agreed in writing.
Bookings
All bookings are confirmed once written confirmation is received and any required deposit has been paid. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of agreed dates, times, and service details.
Deposits and payment

A deposit may be required to secure a booking.

The remaining balance must be paid within the timeframe specified on the invoice.

Payment details will be provided on the invoice issued by KACHS.
Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of services or delays in service delivery.
Cancellations

Cancellations must be provided in writing.

Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50 percent of the total booking fee.

Where possible, KACHS may offer the option to reschedule services to a later date, subject to availability.
Changes to bookings
Requests to change dates, times, or service details must be made as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Non-attendance
Failure to attend a scheduled service without prior notice may result in the full service fee being charged.
Weather and unforeseen circumstances
In the event of severe weather, cultural obligations, illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, KACHS reserves the right to reschedule services. Where rescheduling is not possible, alternative arrangements will be discussed in good faith.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for change of mind. Any refunds issued will be at the discretion of KACHS and assessed on a case by case basis.
